Gavin was born and raised in Atlanta which has given him a unique advantage when it comes to local market knowledge. He attended the University of Kentucky and Piedmont College in Athens, GA where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon graduation, Gavin began leasing and selling commercial real estate all across the metro Atlanta area. In a five year span, Gavin leased and sold properties such as industrial warehouses, raw land, high-rise office space, medical office space, retail, restaurant space, and apartment complexes. Since entering the residential market in late 2018, Gavin has transacted several million in single-family homes and land sales. His passion for real estate has always been fueled by helping clients sell their homes in the shortest amount of time for the highest price. He also enjoys exploring new areas in pursuit of finding the best home for his client's needs, for the best value.
